Well, we're on tour.

When we're on the road, we literally do three workouts a day.

We'll start in the morning and mostly it's with stretching and yoga.

It's a long walk, stretching and yoga, just to get our bodies warmed up and stretched out.

And then before lunch, we usually run the steps in the stadiums or the arena wherever we happen to be.

Playing or running along in the amphitheaters that we're playing.

And that's our midday thing.

And then after that, we have lunch.

And then we take a little bit of break and everybody rest a little bit.

And then usually around three, 30s or so in the afternoon, we'll be starting our combination of sort of, I don't know, functional fitness in the afternoon.

And that's our third workout of the day.

And if we don't do that, if we don't get those in, we feel it on stage.
