It's time for our Friday.

Two-minute warning edition, posted on Fridays, obviously.

That's why it's called the Friday Two-Minute Warning Edition.

To give you something to think about watch for or to do,

to finish your week's strong, maximize your weekend.

I will also include an occasional red zone rant. That happens today.

I want to talk about sidestep the side show. The side show, the stuff that's going on

around you that stops you from focusing on what matters most, on what who matters most,

on getting better today than you were yesterday, the things that take you out of your zone. How much of the side show garbage do you fall for on a daily basis? You got to sidestep

it. It's going to come at you. Can't avoid it all together all the time, but you got to sidestep it

and get back in the zone and do more of what matters daily. Here's some examples of the side show.

Social media addictions. I mean, people

are addicted to this stuff. How much time do you spend on social media versus reading a book?

And you wonder why you're not getting ahead, getting better, making more money? Social media

addictions are a side show, a distraction from your daily duty to get better and to impact

others. Knock it off.
