| 1:05.1 | on stage from my powerlifting days. So I went through that whole transformation and then I was kind |
| 1:09.8 | of just moping around, training the train, so to speak, and I decided, okay, I gotta set another |
| 1:15.4 | goal, so I decided, you know, my strength had dropped quite significantly since the powerlifting |
| 1:20.1 | days, I hadn't trained heavy and probably three years and when I say heavy I mean |

| 1:25.0 | 1200 pound squat. So I obviously was a long way away from that and decided to |
| 1:30.8 | compete. I never have competed in so when I used to compete I used to compete. I never have competed in, so when I used to compete, |
