of weird questions. As a matter of fact, Jimmy has developed a reputation. It's such a reputation

for weird questions that often when another apologist is on and we get a weird question,

their first reaction is, oh, that's the Jimmy Aiken question. Because Jimmy's willing to take

whatever question you've got, take it seriously,

and give you the best answer that he can come up with. So people have taken him up on that

and sent all kinds of weird questions. And I have lost my place. Who are we going to next? Is it

folks claim that hell is where God isn't present. But isn't that impossible if God is omnipresent?

Yeah, so this question comes up periodically, and it's based on two concepts.

The first concept is that hell is the absence of God, and that's, yeah, I have trouble saying that's literally true because of God's omnipresence.

But God's omnipresence itself is a concept that has to be understood with some finesse,

because it's not like God has a body that fills physical space.

So even talking about God being omnipresent,

isn't, God isn't present in a place the way you or I are present in a place.

No, you or I are present in a place if that's where our body is located.
