we're going to do.

I thought it would be fun for me to go through chasing cupcakes, which is my first book,

chapter by chapter, and do a live commentary version.

So yeah, I'll be reading chapters to you but gosh let's

see it's 2024 I wrote this in 2018 19 so a lot has changed a lot of time has gone by I've

I've had four kids I've lost one of my kids I've moved I, I've gotten married, a lot has happened and changed in my health

journey and my business and my personal life, and so I thought it would be cool to kind of come

at chasing cupcakes with a fresher perspective.

I still love this book and I often go back to points of it that really speak to me and I use it as a resource with clients on a regular basis, but I've never done this where I've gone through it and added, added my thoughts, added stories, added opportunities for creating change in your own life,

so that's what we're going to do.

And what I'm going to start with today, initially I was thinking that I wouldn't read the prologue because it's a little bit of my personal backstory. But after sitting here with it this morning, I think I am going to read it. And I have new thoughts on that now that I'm a mom. And of course I knew that I would. But that's what we're going to do.
