Third day of the new year, 2025. Can't believe it. I never can believe it, though. I can never

believe it. In the old days, I used to write the prior year on my checks for at least 30 to 60 days.

And now I don't think I've written a check here. I honestly

don't remember the last time I wrote a check. I don't recall it. I can't. Yeah, I don't either. I know

I've done it within the last year, but I don't remember exactly for what. I might have.

But in any case, I don't know why I'm talking about that, because that was an old thing that used to happen, when the year would change, and some of us would still be writing the old year on the check for a long time.

But that doesn't happen anymore because nobody writes checks except the people in front of me in the grocery checkout line.

For some reason, they always choose to write a check.
