| 2:05.5 | And I realized how much the trained human condition, not the innate human condition, but the trained human condition is to automatically divert the feeling of everything going well. |
| 2:21.5 | And a lot of us, you know, when things are just lining up in our lives and really there's nothing to complain about that just trick or something in us. |
| 2:31.5 | And then we look for that one thing to complain about, you know, we all have that thing that every time things are going well, you know, if you think about that thing, you're going to go into a bad mood. |
| 2:41.5 | And it could be like a lifelong thing could be like a right now thing, but you just automatically say, oh, life is good. Well, they're still blah, blah, and then you go there, even though you so did need to and it wasn't even on your mind before, but it just came on your mind to sabotage really, you just feeling good. |
| 3:01.5 | So I want to just invite the discussion of allowing ourselves to just be in spaces of happiness and contentment, you know, even the word happy is been so just misunderstood. |
| 3:18.5 | We always say, well, are you happy? What's happy? You know, happiness can be so many range of emotions, you know, what true happiness does true happiness even exist. |
| 3:29.5 | You know, there's feelings of joy and there's feelings of contentment, but to be happy, I mean, I think all of us truly actually are happy. |
| 3:37.5 | We may create reasons for us to step away from our happiness, but really as human beings born on this plane, listening to this podcast, living this incredible human experience at this time, like there's a lot to be happy about. |
