Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. We spend a lot of energy and time to feel good. We love to feel good and have things go well.

0:21.0

And it's amazing how much time we spend working towards that. But in today's

0:25.7

podcast, I want to look at it from a different angle. Instead of creating peace, instead of

0:31.3

1:29.0

and we're looking for it in so many different places.

1:32.0

But guess why? We have it already inside of us.

1:36.0

And that's why I think we relate to Albert Einstein, because it's always with us, but we can never find it, because we're looking in the wrong places.

1:46.5

You see what most of us think, probably almost everybody, not everybody, thankfully, because

1:50.6
