| 0:17.0 | Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. I have an exercise machine that I keep in my office that I really like to use, especially when it's rainy outside, or I just only have a short break and I want to stretch my body a little bit. |
| 0:25.0 | I think I purchased it about five years ago and they use it every week many times a week. |
| 0:30.0 | So I would say I've used it well over a thousand times. |
| 0:33.0 | Well, I came in this week on Monday and turned on the machine, |

| 1:18.8 | Now I don't have to buy a new one because it's a pretty expensive machine. |
| 1:22.4 | The second one was of laughter. |
| 1:23.7 | I thought, that's amazing. |
| 1:25.3 | How could I have forgotten to turn that machine on |
| 1:27.2 | after a thousand times? |
| 1:29.1 | It made me laugh. |
| 1:30.8 | And then I just went back to my day. But as my day wore on, I thought, I bet everyone wouldn't have that same experience, especially if they were me. What do I mean by that? |
