And, you know, Julie, I had an interesting coaching call today with actually one of our clients, Brandon Jackson,

and I have a handful of clients still myself.

And Brandon is one of the – he runs one of the most successful.

It's called High Garden Realty offices in the country.

He has a lot of agents that are extremely loyal to him.

Fantastic at not only being an agent, but also basically inspiring other agents to perform

at the highest level. And it should be said that one of the reasons that he is so successful at

running an office at recruiting agents is because he's an active agent himself. And agents like the

fact that he is in the field, he is on the front lines, he is dealing with the same stuff that they're dealing with on a regular basis, and that attracts agents to him.

So I'm having this conversation with him today, and I know he listens to the radio show,
