The Franklin Community Credit Union sounds innocuous enough, but at one point, it was the center of a tremendous scandal and allegations that would shock you to your core.

$40 million were stolen from the bank by its manager, but that isn't even close to being the most disturbing thing that went on there.

There were allegations of a child sex ring, committing sadistic and horrific abuse of thousands of children and even murder.
