1:05.2	What is a stock that you think investors should consider trimming back on?
1:09.5	So I have a lot of questions and not that many answers about eye buying as a practice
1:14.6	in general, but specifically with open door.
1:16.8	So we see that open door has been buying and selling homes for an average 17% more than
1:21.9	they paid for the house within a 72 day turnaround.
1:24.8	And because of this, there are a lot of different ideas of what that's going to look like in
1:29.0	a regulatory sense.
