I'm your host, Jeff Gluck, and today it's a double 12 questions version of the podcast.

That's right, double 12 questions because I'm asking the 12 questions to both Kevin Magnuson and

Roman Grojean from Haas F1 team. Now I never have done the 12 questions with an F1 driver before.

I've been doing these since 2010, if you can believe that. And so this is the first F1 driver, actually F1 drivers to do them.

I did the interview at the same time. It was a lot of fun to have them play off each other.

And obviously it was a really, really great experience overall in Austin. Thanks to those who voted to send me there.

It was very different and eye-opening,

but I really loved being there, and it was definitely a bucket list kind of thing. So that was

awesome. And I guess this is one of the souvenirs from that trip, so let's take a listen.

All right, I'm here with Kevin Magnuson and Roman Grogon. Did I say that right? Is that close?

It was the closest it can be.

Roman Grogon is the perfect one, but it's very, very tough.

I have a lot of work to do.

So the first question is, how much of your success is based on your natural ability

and how much has come from working at it, Kevin?

It's both, I mean, but you can't, unless you have the natural ability,

you can't work your way to it unless you have that also.

But it requires both.

So, you know, getting to Formula One is a lot about the natural ability,

showing that in the junior formulas and, you know,

the categories you raise before Formula One. But you've got to work really hard as well.
