All right, everybody. Welcome back to another edition of the 12 questions podcast. My name is Jeff Buck. I'm a motorsports writer for the Athletic And each week, I ask the same 12 questions to a different race car driver.

Up next is someone who needs no introduction,

the five-time most popular driver in NASCAR,

as well as the 2020 Cup Series champion.

It is Chase Elliott of Hendrick Motorsports,

who has been doing these interviews since 2014,

and didn't know if we were going to be able to make it happen this year with all that's

gone on with him, the broken leg, trying to make the playoffs. Now he's still in the playoffs,

at least for owner points, a busy guy, but he was willing to do this interview yet again

and sit down with us recently.
