The economy kicked off 2024 with a bang.

Today's labor report shows more than 350,000 jobs were added in January, which is a lot more than economists had predicted.

And the unemployment rate held study at 3.7%, marking two full years of it staying below 4%.

While that shows the economy is holding strong on that front,

Wall Street may have to wait a little longer for the Fed to cut interest rates.

Earlier this week, the Central Bank announced that it would keep rates at their highest level in 23 years,

as inflation slowly moves towards the bank's 2% target, and Fed Chair Jerome Powell said a rate

cut wasn't going to happen next month.

We're encouraged by the progress, but we're not declaring

victory at all at this point.

We think we have a waste to go.

The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments next week

that could have a huge impact on the 2024 race.

Colorado and Maine have determined that the 14th Amendment's insurrectionist

ban applies to former President Donald Trump for his actions leading up to January 6th.
