President Joe Biden will deliver a speech tomorrow about his decision to exit the 2024 race.

That's what sources familiar tell CNN.

Vice President Kamala Harris hits the campaign trail today in Milwaukee

and is one step closer to clinching the Democratic nomination.

CNN crunched the numbers and she has the support of enough delegates to be the

party's nominee ahead of the August 19th convention, or even before that in a virtual roll call.

Harris also received the endorsements of many Democratic Party leaders and celebrities.

Not to mention she inherited the Biden campaign's war chest,

and Harris's veep stakes is well underway too.

But harder tests lie ahead for Harris

with just over 100 days to go in the race

against former President Donald Trump.

Harris visited her campaign headquarters yesterday

and used her history as a prosecutor to

take swipes at the Republican nominee. In those roles I took on perpetrators of all

kinds. So hear me when I say I know Donald Trump's type.

And Trump's just getting started on the attack against the Vice President,

who was untested and kind of unpopular,

especially on issues like the border, national security,

and the economy.
