Summary
When I began gardening, I had no idea what tools I would need. Because my purpose for gardening in the first place was to save money, I had no interest in blowing cash on unneeded equipment. But as I soon realized, some tools make a huge difference. In this episode of The Beginner's Garden Podcast, I share my five favorite garden tools with you.

| 0:33.9 | I don't know about where you live or even when you're listening to this today, but for me, this |
| 0:39.9 | week is spring break. |
| 0:42.2 | And the arrival of spring break means several things. |
| 0:45.7 | For one, spring break is usually when I try to get quite a bit done in my garden. |

| 1:42.9 | not let up and I haven't been able to get out and get my |
| 1:46.2 | potatoes in the ground. So I have a lot on my plate for spring break, as many of you probably do, too. |
| 1:53.9 | And one thing, too, that I like to do on spring break, since I am a stay-at-home mom, I want to |
| 1:59.3 | be available for my kids. |
| 2:01.2 | They're both in school usually, so this is the week that they get a break, and I want to spend |
