As you said, expired paloosa.

There's a myth out there that nobody wants the list during, you know, certain times of year,

and you guys use that myth no matter what time of year it is.

Whether it's spring they wait till summer, in summer they wait till after summer.

In fall they wait till the holidays, and during the holidays it's the first of the year.

So just remove those excuses from your brain and concentrate on people who are actually motivated. Have to sell sellers, especially expired, will absolutely relist within just a few days of expiring.

These are people who know that they were expiring and are already setting up those appointments.
