Coach vote being coachable player first. I feel like we get a lot of emails

questions about how do I get my coach to notice you know and I mean we're all

going to have different takes on all these things sometimes I think it's about not trying so hard to get your

coach to notice you. I think as soon as you put in so much effort for him to see

something specifically you're distracting yourself from being the best player and

teammate that you can possibly be and you start to do things for the long reason.
