Palooza.

You guys are getting it.

I am so grateful that so many of you are actually on the phones and you're hunting those expires

and you're starting to – some of you for the first time ever realize that it is actually some of the easiest business you can go after,

especially this time of year.

Do not back off.

Do not stop if you do not know what I'm talking about right now. Today, literally today.

Talk about being in the right place, the right time, people, you're there.

And yesterday, and really maybe for the next three or four days, one of the best times of the year

to hunt expired. The next best time of the year to hunt expires is going to be actually at the end

of this month going

into new years just to hit the highlights as to why number one there's more expires than they

ever have been at least in the past 10 years in most markets some of markets some markets you're

seeing expired for the first time you really have in the past five years number two agents aren't

working you know it's true it's true for some of you, right?
