The walls that are built between two people in a relationship and I thought that was the perfect

intro for our topic today because today we are getting really real I am going to be talking

about the most effective ways of destroying a relationship. This might surprise you because if you

have listened to this podcast before, you know that I tend to be relentlessly positive when it

comes to my approach to personal growth. I am all about creating positive change and I'm always offering ideas about

how to improve your communication and strengthen your bond and feel happier. And I still want to

And people are describing their relationships and saying, Dr. Lisa, what do I do?

And with many of them, there's a ton of

information here, but most of it is centered on their partner, like the circumstances. And

what I'm seeing through some of these, like reading between the lines, is that people are doing

some things in their relationships that they
