How of Business, David and Henry. If we think of cycling, and especially for someone like me,

who's not a great writer, I've been at it for about five years, and I still get dropped, and I still have days where I can't keep up.

But it's so analogous to, I think, the challenges of business in that you can't give up.

You've got to get right back out there the next week and you try again.

And there are days when you go out there and you just don't have it and you fail miserably,

but you keep at it and you notice that over time you develop a stamina and improvement, a skill.

And so you have to stick to it and you got to work hard at it. And you fail sometimes. You fail miserably. For us, the worst failure, at least for me, is getting dropped in a group ride, right? It's embarrassing. It's no fun. You're having to then ride by yourself. But then there's a part of me sometimes it says, you know, the heck with this.

I don't want to do this anymore.

But that's where you fight through and you say, no, no, no, I'm going to keep doing this.

And I think it's so analogous to business and small business in particular.

We did a ride this weekend in Dorago, Colorado has a big bike festival during Memorial Day weekend.

It's called the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic.

And the origination of that was there's a steam train that goes from Durango, Colorado to Silverton, Colorado, which is a mountain mining town way high in the mountains of Southwest Colorado.

And the steam train leaves at 8 o'clock.

And in the 70s, a few five or 10 people decided on the first day,

which is typically the weekend of Memorial Day when the train runs.
