So one of the things when we started with Squarespace was I found that the staff sucked.

Then we had that great bit of customer service from Squarespace where they let us change our podcast URL, which is going to come in handy now because we are changing hosting yet again and leaving Squarespace.

Sadly, we just don't get we don't get enough traffic stats, which is a big problem.

And I thought you said this new printer was great, and it just won't shut up.

It has a mind of its own right now. Okay. Number five is alive. Seriously.

It's still trying to print out what I never mind.

Pull the plug. Kill it. It's like a switch on the back of the neck of data.

Very good. Okay. Okay. So so Squarespace doesn't have very good stats.

Zero stats on downloads. Zero stats. Only stats you get are on who or how many people have viewed your RSS feed.

Right.

And since Pod Snarfer's grab your RSS feed multiple times a day, you don't get unique.

So it's a pain. It's basically useless to find out actually how many people are listening to us.

Right. So we switched to feed burner. Feed burner stats are per day or an average across time.

And it doesn't give you unique. So I don't know. It's mind bogglingly complex.
