Tangier Island. Oh, I don't know why that sounds familiar to me.

Tangier Island is in the Chesapeake Bay almost at the almost at the south easternmost end of it.

It's called going under. I don't think it's necessarily pursuing the hysterical idea that it's

disappearing because of global warming. There's a variety of reasons. Most of the island's

residents believe that it's erosion. But the point being that they're losing the island.

Well, that's the contention that within 25 years it might be uninhabitable.

It's not much of an island to tell you the truth, but it has a unique history.
