We keep on going, Ashterita. You know what? This morning, I was like such a hot mess. We just got back from a two-week trip. No, for real. And you just mentioned before we started recording that you had a rough morning too. And I'm just so glad you're here.

And if you're listening in and you've had a bit of a rough morning or a rough day or a weekend, you are welcome to here. In fact, today we're going to be talking about some of

those hard spaces in life where we feel like, I don't know if I can keep going. I don't know where

my joy went. I don't know. How do I get back to that space where I do feel like I'm delaying

in Jesus? I do feel like I'm receiving his delight in me. What does that process look like? So I feel

like we are primed for that conversation today. We need to take in this truth and understand it. Let's do it. Yeah. And that's what I love about scripture too. There's this like in my walk with Jesus. I don't know if this has been true for you, Hannah. But I feel like in my walk with the Lord, like he will teach me things, but then we keep circling back to the same concept, the same truth.

But every time, like, we go a little bit deeper.

Sometimes I feel this, that yes, my answer is yes.

Sometimes when that happens, honestly, I feel like, man, do I have a short memory that I have to be reminded of this stuff over and over and over?

Do you know what I mean?

So it actually feels somewhat comforting to hear you explain that as somewhat of a universal concept.

Because I'm always like, man, I feel like it's the same six things that God takes me through.

And we go through each of them. And then when we get back to number six, I'm back at number one. But you're right. There's more depth and with, not with,

to it. Like, it's the same topics. It's like the same questions I'm coming to do with God, but it's

addressed in this bigger, deeper way. But sometimes I feel a little embarrassed by it. I'm like, oh, we're going

back to identity. I'm struggling with that again. You already taught me this, God. But yeah,

it's a reminding so often. Do you ever feel like a sense of shame around that to be like,

I should get this by now I should have

mastered this concept shame is a powerful word for it I feel like in my mind I use a tamer word

like embarrassed okay but if I'm honest it probably is connected to that of yeah why don't I why don't

I know this yet?
