0:13.7	So take a deep breath and quiet your heart as we become aware of God's loving presence around us and within us.
0:25.3	Today's passage comes from Psalm 51, verse 12.
0:30.9	Restore to me the joy of your salvation and make me willing to obey you.
0:38.3	Let's begin by reciting God's goodness together.

0:46.1	Thank you that restoration is possible.
0:49.9	Thank you that on our very worst days.
0:58.4	Even then, we are never too far removed from you. We are never too far for your hand of salvation to reach out and rescue us.
1:04.0	We're never too far gone that you would not save us.
1:09.0	Thank you that because of our Savior Jesus, we have these great and precious
1:13.6	promises, that forgiveness is possible, that being cleansed by the word of God, by the blood of the
1:23.6	lamb, by the sacrifice of Jesus, that you can indeed wash us as white a snow, that
1:31.0	you will indeed forgive us, that you will fling our sins and our shortcomings and our very
1:39.5	worst days and our less than perfect moments.
1:45.0	You cast them all into the sea of forgetfulness and you bring them up no more.
1:53.0	So take a moment now to praise God for being the one who willingly extends to us, to you, is salvation, is forgiveness, is cleansing restoration. Let's continue now by expressing our neediness.
2:30.3	God like David here in this psalm, we soberly realize just how much we need forgiveness.
2:42.4	While we might not be adulterers and murders like David, we have all fallen short of your
2:50.0	perfect glory.
2:51.6	We acknowledge that without Jesus, we would never be able to measure up to your perfect righteousness.
