Snowballs.

Dane Best lives in the Northern Colorado town of Severance, and when he found out that

his town had a century old law on the books that classified snowballs as missiles and banned them within

city limits, he decided to take action. Dane prepared his case, gathered signatures, and thoughtfully

presented both to his city council Monday night.

The result, the 100 year old ban was overturned and snowball fights are legal once again. Dane says his first target will be his younger

brother, but he has something else in his crosshairs too, a city law that defines pets

as only dogs and cats.

Dane has a guinea pig.

If nine isn't too young for politics,

then eight can't be too young to make a fortune.
