Hello, everyone. Welcome to Forge the Narrative. It's been a couple of weeks, and I'll tell you why. My name is Paul Murphy. I'm joined by Adam Camilleri. Goody. And Tanya Gates. Hey, everybody. We all Abella Bellal's podcast. Welcome, everybody. Adepticon, some technical difficulties, you know, getting into the details, but I hope you all enjoyed the coverage

from Adepticon. I had some great games of Warmer 40,000 on. It was a fun, fun ride. Four games a day,

so you got plenty of Warhammer to go back and catch up on if you didn't catch any of it.

But also just a wonderful event there in Milwaukee was happy to be a part of that and I missed y'all

missed y'all listening and watching and I missed y'all on the show how you all been I'm really

good I missed you guys too I was at play on tabletop helping keep the recording going well almost every

single one of the talent staff was at Adepticon. So I unfortunately missed a lot of the Adepticon coverage, but I was having fun anyway. Well, I mean, come on, more Warhammer more often. It's going to happen everywhere. That's right. I want to talk about some things that have gone off. Well, one, we've seen some stuff from the preview.

We haven't talked about the preview. I want to talk a little bit about it. I know people have probably already formed their opinions and already decided what their favorite model is. I'm not even going to ask. I do want to know. Well, leave your favorite model in the comment from the preview. But they also talked a little bit about what the new edition coming out might be. And it's got people scratching their head some.

What's going on?

I think that generally I've been through a few editions now.

And if you hang out in Warhammer spaces, there's going to be kind of three camps. The first camp is the people

that are excited about everything that they've seen. The next camp is the people who hate everything

that they've seen. And then I'm kind of like in the middle and like, you know, some things are good

and some things I'm not sure about, but I'm holding off making that judgment call until I see everything.

Same here. Naturally, Paul and I know a little bit of things, but not that much, like,

legitimately. I do not know a lot of what is coming. I know enough to be excited is pretty much

where I'm at, where they keep Paul and I in a perpetual hype mode wanting to always be injecting you guys with that goodness. And look, change is good. We see additions change right now. This will be the fourth edition. We've seen change in a three-year increment. And if you've been with us from the journey of the modern era of the game, we started off with eighth edition, you know what you're in. The cogs are going to turn, but it's not going to flip that dramatically, especially now that we know we're keeping our codexes. That's pretty exciting with the fact that the way that you, like, if you're comfortable with an army list, you'll probably get at least most of that going into new addition, which is not something that
