| 0:46.3 | said right off the bat was you don't have to wait for the fear to subside, you can move forward with that feeling. |
| 0:56.1 | So often, you hear me talk about this a lot, we convince ourselves that our feelings |

| 1:04.7 | You know, a lot of times people say, I've wanted to join a gym for a long time, but I just |
| 1:09.9 | have this fear of like it being uncomfortable, of not knowing what to do, of sticking out like a sore thumb, |

| 1:17.2 | But you can take that fear and go do that thing. |
| 1:20.7 | In fact, one of my challenges to myself is to do things just because I feel uncomfortable. |
