Hello everybody welcome back to the primal potential podcast I am Elizabeth Benton

thanks so much for joining me today this episode might sting a little bit but but in a good way, in the way that we can snap out of our complacency and our excuse-making.

So we can be difference makers in our lives for our families, for our futures, because we don't

know how much time we have to get healthy.

We don't know how much time we have to do the things we say we want to do

the things we're waiting for before we fully enjoy our lives so let's not waste any more time.

Before we get into today's episode,

I want to tell you what I am giving away today,

but I have to tell you about my mother's day present first,

because this is related.

If you've been around here for a while,

you know I call myself a minimalist,

but if you walked through my house,

you'd probably be like, you are not a minimalist.

In my heart, I am a minimalist.

Before I lived in this home, I custom built a tiny house and I loved it and I had everything I needed in more and I don't like to have stuff I don't need. I'm not a Chatsky person whenever we have birthday parties for the kids I'm like they don't

need anything I don't like stuff and so I kept resisting it every time somebody

would say to me Elizabeth you need to get a Ninja Creamy and I would say no I don't I don't

need another kitchen appliance I already have too much stuff and we can get by with

the basics I just don't want cabinets that are overflowing with

crap. Anybody else feel that way? But then I would see all of these posts with the
