Food prices going back up, gas prices.

I just filled up this afternoon.

And I filled up at Costco.

I couldn't believe.

I was like, what are these prices?

Now it's all starting to hit the U.S. housing market in a major way.

Oil prices surging. Inflation fears are rearing back again in full force. Mortgage rates are on the rise once again.

And we are seeing right now the beginning of a real estate slowdown that very few people were expecting just a few months ago.

all of this pent-up demand for people buying houses.
