Hubbard starts thinking that they need a base of operations outside of where major governments

are going to give them problems because the UK government had not ignored the Church of

Scientology's presence at St. Hill Manor and all these Americans and other people flying

in and learning under him and what were they saying and what were they doing and Hubbard

would remember was very, very anti-government.

He did not like any government and he definitely did not like government interfering with what

he thought was his money and his work and he was very, very dismissive of any kind of

authority besides himself.
