Hello, sweetheart.

Why did we stop? For a while you were pretty consistently on the show. Why did we stop?

Hate mail.

No. I mean maybe, but children, right? Probably.

Life. Yeah, schedules. But I posted the other day with your permission.

Quite a funny reel.

If you guys didn't see it, it was really cute.

It was like the difference between when mom leaves and when dad leaves.

And it was like when mom leaves and I had pictures of like where I laid out the kids

jammies and their nighttime diapers and their bottles and I made dinner and then it

switches to like when Chris leaves and it's just like bye but it's a picture of him from his recent vacation where he is in

party mode in a very festive speedo. Yes it was. And a bunch of people in response to that were like, oh,

Chris is so fun, half of the show, all the typical Chris responses.

Chris is so funny.

Chris is so fun when he's not having to do stuff.

Which is like never.

So anyway, in some one person suggested that a way to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of primal

potential is just coming up in a couple months.
