| 1:35.4 | thoughts are, the thoughts would be things like the beliefs that we have, the intentions that we're |
| 1:40.4 | setting, the feelings that we're having, the my, I've said that already, the type of |
| 1:45.4 | values that we have in life, the specific thoughts that we need to get the goal. |
