Hey guys, in this video I'd like to show you how you can change your emotional state at any time

So if you're a little bit anxious, a little bit worried about something,

And the way you do this is by really training up your mind to respond to what you do and what you think.

You see, the way that life works is we can be trained up to remember certain things,

that you have. Now, to put in a context for you, you've got the whole Pavlov dogs where Pavlov would
