live Q&A all righty so let's dive into the topic of mindful studying my first tip is to observe

your energy rises and falls we all tend to have different energies throughout the day and I highly recommend that you set up your studying sessions to reflect your own energy levels.

For example, my energy levels are highest in the morning from about 7 to 11 a.m.

This is the best time for me to work on projects which need attention, creativity,

focus and quality effort. By lunchtime and for an hour or two after, my energy dips and I usually

take a break. In the afternoon, my energy picks back up, but I take more regular breaks, and if I can,

I work on projects and tasks which don't require a lot of brain power.

By 5pm I usually have a pretty big fall in energy and so I tend to use this time for self-care.
