Hi Katie. Happy New Year David. Happy New Year we're actually

recording this on New Year's Day, which shows you how awesome we are, right?

We're very dedicated to our craft.

I guess.

And this is what an appropriate show to record on New Year's Day, right?

Absolutely.

So it's time to talk about Geek Fitness.

This is a show we've been kicking around for a while.

Both Katie and I have had our own little journey.

And we weren't sure whether or not we wanted to get that personal, but then we said,

what the heck, let's do it.

So here we are.

I'm not sure all personal I'm going to get.

But we thought about putting this in the resolution show because isn't everybody's New Year's

resolution I'm going to get in shape, I'm going to be fit, I'm going to eat better, I'm going to do things

like that, and then the more we started thinking about it and David you did this wonderful blog post and I didn't realize you were doing some of this stuff independently and hadn't really talked to you about it.

And then we thought, well, maybe there's kind of this own separate show and what better way

to do it but other than to kick off the year right? Yeah I wanted to definitely give it

a show because there's a lot to talk about here and so the subject today is Geek Fitness in particular you know Apple related Geek Fitness because

that's what we do but of course it I think it's just an interesting subject and there's a lot of people out there that may be interested

in pursuing it.
