I will be doing the podcast biweekly now every other week until further notice it's been so nice to do that

I've been socializing. Everyone's been telling me, like, my friends at work or my cousins,

like, you're always out, you're always doing something. And I'm like, yeah, that's exactly what I wanted, but I didn't realize how much energy that was going to take.

So now that I'm getting the groove back and doing the podcast again, it feels good to have like a

little break and be easier on myself because I'm so hard on myself all the time. I always tell you guys

want to do more and then I have all these things that I want to do and then I get overwhelmed and

I went to a Halloween party with my home girls.

It was one of my cousins' friends' Halloween party that we go to every year.
