0:09.2	And I kept thinking that this is the week that we often get together of family and friends, regardless of religion and all of that.
0:15.2	Across the board, most people do gather in some way or another in these couple of weeks.
0:20.2	At my house, we follow my husband
0:21.8	Vince family traditions Italian all the way. I prepare this huge Christmas Eve dinner,
0:28.7	antipast followed by scallops, lobster, shrimp, mussels, clams, lasagna, stuffed, you know,
0:36.6	tomatoes with crab. I mean, it's ridiculously epic, I have to say.
0:41.9	And the other thing is that it's probably one of two times a year that you'll find anything in
0:47.1	my kitchen other than almonds and wines. So Vin is a particularly happy man this coming week.
0:52.1	In any case, it's also at this time of year that we tend to
0:56.8	revisit what we love, who we love, and what we're grateful for. A new year is just a minute away.
1:02.4	We take stock, we look back, we look forward. I'm just like the rest of you. I do the same.
1:07.1	And when I do this, I think of my family and how grateful I am for them. But I also think of our business, too, and of course this podcast.
1:13.7	And with this podcast, a million thoughts are swirling.
1:17.3	My first thoughts are to my husband Vin and our partner and cousin Bill.
1:21.3	These two guys believed in me in this crazy idea.
