My first insecurities, you know, was that I was a younger real estate agent, which is actually now something I'm very proud of.

And, you know, when someone says, hey, how old are you anyways? You're like, what a weird question to ask.

But I kind of laughed because I did more transactions

in my first year or two than a lot of people do in 10 or 15, you know, in their career.

And so that's really, you know, I learned on the field for sure.

Kristen Beam who is a 202330 Under 30 Award recipient out of St. Louis, Missouri,

Kristen co-founded and now co-reads the team with her sister, KB Collective at Worth Clark Realty.

She's been rocking Agent Live for five and a half years,

and last year their team did 119 transactions.

Actually, that was over the past 12 months, which was about

38.5 million in volume. Their team consists of the two team leaders three agents two full-time and two part-time

admin behind the scenes and we're going to dig into what that looks like what

their lanes are what they do and Kristen is also a lover of systems and structure in the

midst of chaos. So a girl speaking to my own heart. I'm so excited to dig

A lot of things. I am a toddler mom. I am a realtor obviously a team leader that's what spends most of my time kind of a fitness junkie as well so

That's a little bit about me, but I am like you said the team leader for our real estate team here in St. Louis and I actually have a financial background

kind of in corporate finance so I bring a little bit of that into what I do so
