When I found out what I was passionate about and it was people, that changed the trajectory of my career very quickly because only chasing money, only chasing money because only chasing you know prestige which is you know is cool and all but it's not it wasn't an intrinsic driver when I when I found what I was truly passionate about, it just changed the trajectory

of my career and reinvigorated my fire to grow my business.

He is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and been in the real estate

industry for 24 years. He started in the mortgage side of the house and then

transition to real estate sales at Keller Williams back in 2008

where he worked his way into being a top producing solo agent.

Then he shifted into building his own team which he was able to exit.

He was able to replace himself and move on which is something that I know a lot of

team leaders dream of and now Jesse is consulting real estate teams.
