And so we have to talk about it.

And I told you earlier this week that the Pennsylvania Jerry Mandarin that was done by

Republicans after the 2010 census is finally being cut off by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court

upheld by the federal Supreme Court.

Good news, but remember that they did the Jerry Mandarin in 2011 based on the 2010 census

and it helped Republicans control the congressional districts in Pennsylvania in the 2012 election,

the 2014 election and the 2016 election.

It takes a long time to fix this stuff.

So we should be doing everything we can to prevent it from happening in the first place.

The next census is in 2020.
