Yo, what's up everybody?

Welcome to another episode of the It's Needed podcast where we discuss real issues involving law enforcement and police.

Where is Billy at? What is A.J. doing on the podcast by himself? Our brother, Ryan, lost a loved one this past week. So if you could, just lift him up in

prayers. If you know him well enough, reach out to him and let him know that you're thinking of him

and that you're in his corner.

You all know how much we value our friends, our family, and our loved ones.

So as a listener of his podcast, I hope that you understand that we are giving Ryan time to not

only grieve, but to be surrounded by his loved ones and his circle and his group of

friends and families that he needs to be surrounded by in this time. We also are giving Billy

some beauty rest because we all know that he could use it. It's very early here in Ohio right now, which means it's even earlier in

California. So once again, if he could sleep in and be with his family, then that's what we're

going to allow him to do. So I am the captain of this ship today, unfortunately, for you. But fortunately

for you, this is going to be an extremely short episode.

I just wanted to leave you with something.

So what I want to do is just share a really quick story in hopes that it helps you have a better week.

And that story is this.

Last week I had a coworker come up to me who recently donated something for me to give to a

family that I've been mentoring for a while.

And after he donated that item, he had a discussion with me.

And the discussion was, how can he help create positive change
