This is episode 119 Hey ladies I'm so excited you're here. Welcome back. This is episode 118 and I'm talking to a really great girl named Allison Stuxbury.

She lives in Tennessee. She's a mom to two. Her husband builds houses and during our chat he was actually over a year

into building their dream house by himself when he wasn't working at his other

house building jobs. So basically she hardly ever sees her husband for a really long time.

She talks about how that's been on their marriage and what they've done to stay connected.

She also shared something that I think might resonate with you, how the transition to being a stay-at-home mom was a big

adjustment that she's still working through. She talks about how she battles lies that

try to pull her back into depression and how she's seen God work through her being increasingly honest with him.

My favorite part, you guys, she brought questions for me to answer just in case the conversation

didn't flow.

I love that.

Nobody ever asked me questions. Okay, a couple things. We recorded this in the summer. I get all excited about interviewing people and I interview a million people and so you end up in the middle of December talking about splash pads.

So just know that this is kind of an old conversation.

Also her accent is completely darling.
