Oh, welcome to Hello Freedom. For those of you who don't know David G. You must not know me very

well, but if you don't, he is an internationally recognized stress management expert,

corporate trainer, meditation teacher.

I know him because he's my meditation teacher,

or he was my meditation teacher a million years ago,

and then just became my BFF.

So I'm super excited. He is a friend of the show he's been on before. We have so many things to talk about. But one of the things I want to talk about first and foremost is your brand spanking new book and it's not

out yet will be actually by the time we this this is going to err in

later in December so doesn't the book come out?
