reason you are inconsistent. It is the way you think about those things taking care of your kids or taking care of your parents or an illness or an injury or any number of different things right?

podcast how one of my girlfriends was telling me that she wanted to stop yelling at her kids.

And it would just happen that she would feel over-stimulated or somebody would do something.

The tension would rise and rise and rise and

rise and then she would yell. And it felt like in that moment she didn't even

have a second to consider another option.
