especially here we are unbelievably at the midway point through the year so that is absolute free I can't even grasp that I

think this is how old people talk by the way how the time has flown so

I think yeah well that old thing about as you're younger the the time seems much more

It moves much more slowly and then when you're older and then suddenly you're not here at all so yeah

Well I'll tell you what I well since you mentioned that let's talk just for a minute if I may ask you about

Al Krest that and yeah you're I, it does feel like a giant, like a giant has left this earth.

So what are your thoughts about Al?

Yeah, I wrote a remembrance of Al for the National Catholic Register and I have to be honest that I've known

Al for many years and it was a very, very difficult piece to write, A, because it was a loss of someone that I consider

to be a great friend, but also somebody who was, you was exactly the right word. I think he was a giant in, not just

Catholic radio, as impressive as that was, but in Catholic media in general.
