When I first first recorded that episode with Emma, I did not have a name for the

podcast. I did not have any sort of launch anything in preparation for that interview.

It literally was just the first interview.

I didn't have the format of how I was going to be interviewing people, what kind of questions I was going to be asking.

I had none of that. I may have had a loose idea in my head around what I wanted to speak to.

And that's just based on my own theory that the bread crumbs of our purpose

are found in childhood and if we ask the right questions from childhood such as what was your favorite toy or activity and then just kind of

ask questions from there then you're eventually going to see that oh there's a connection between

the things that I was most interested in as a child versus what I'm interested in today.

And so that was something that I was exploring in those early days and if you go back and

listen to the original episodes, You'll see that I started every

single conversation with what was your favorite toy or activity as a child.
