0:30.2	again today. And I was thinking about just having you back on just so we can get an update
0:35.9	about you. And then also I know you've been doing some really
0:40.3	cool things. And so I bet the teens would love to hear with what you've been doing in your
0:47.0	business and what you've been teaching people that you're working with. Thanks. Thanks for having me on.

0:56.4	And, you know, for those of you who've been with the show for a while, you hear and know and
1:00.7	recognize me. Those of you who are new and have just known Sammy. Sammy and I used to co-host the
1:06.3	show and I was the initial founder of it. And I have, you know, obviously been doing a lot of coaching and just kind of some
1:15.5	development on myself.
1:17.5	And I just kind of discovered a passion for really coaching on relationships and anxiety
1:23.1	around relationships.
1:24.1	And Sammy just is so passionate about coaching teens. And so I just really
1:30.8	discovered with myself a passion for coaching around relationships and anxiety that can come up
1:37.2	from being in one. I ended up pursuing that as that's really kind of my niche and where I focus in my
1:44.0	coaching now.
1:45.0	So Sammy, obviously you guys have been in great hands with and she is so pro at coaching teams.
