Summary
In this episode of The Self Love Fix Podcast, I'm talking about the concept of martyrdom. This series is part of what I offer in the Self Love Over Codependency. This is a way to help you see where codependency might be holding you back from the life you deserve to live.
Here are a few points I cover:
- How martyrdom functions in our lives
- How to shift the idea of the martyr
I like to look at it as a way to understand why we do the things that we do and how we do it. And how we can shift the things that we learned that aren't serving us and turn it into something that does. Having compassion and forgiveness for ourselves is how we heal.
